How EVOLVE helped Vernon Pride Society create a new, marketable brand identity and website 

The Client

Vernon Pride Society is a Queer-founded, not-for-profit organization that aims to foster peer support, education, community, visibility, and networking for and with the 2SLGBTQIA+ people of Vernon, B.C.

The Challenge

Having only been founded in 2022, Vernon Pride Society is a startup organization that operated and managed their events mostly on Facebook. They needed a marketing partner they could trust to build them a proper website that would: 

Communicate a cohesive, fully-developed brand 

Promote Vernon Pride Week (Aug. 7th-13th) 

Improve users’ eCommerce experience 

Attract volunteers and sponsors

In July, 2023, EVOLVE launched into a priority brand redesign and website project to help Vernon Pride Society achieve their goals in time for Vernon Pride Week (which takes place Aug. 7th-13th). 

The Solution

Collaborating with Vernon Pride Society, EVOLVE created a new brand identity that reflects Vernon Pride Society’s values of community, inclusivity, and Queer pride. 

Brand Redesign

Creation of new content messaging, visual identity, logo, and other visual assets 

Website Development

Includes an event management portal and eCommerce capabilities for ticket sales
